DESCRIPTION—NeoPolis is a conceptual visualization of the development of a techno-park in the Ukraine. Particular care was taken to envision a mixed-use, phased development that was ecologically sensitive and sustainable. The NeoPolis master plan was created by New York design agency, the apartment in consultation with Alberto Foyo Architects. The first of 7 masterplan brochures folds out into a poster that reveals each phase of the 6-stage development-this first poster shows percent land usage per development phase as indicated using proportional black circles. —
